Text: Matthew 9:36-38, Luke10:2

Memory verse:Matthew 9:36-38

[36]Jesus saw the many people and felt sorry for them because they were worried and helpless—like sheep without a shepherd to lead them.

[37]Jesus said to his followers, “There is such a big harvest of people to bring in. But there are only a few workers to help harvest them.

[38]God owns the harvest. Ask him to send more workers to help gather his harvest.”

It is time for us to start preparing ourselves to be use by God.

Because alot of soul are perishing and God is looking for who to save them.

A lot of us God has called us as a revivalist but we refuse to answer the call because of the pleasures of this world.

Many of us that called ourselves a believer we don't even bother to go for evangelism because we think it does not concern us or is not our responsibility to evangelise and win soul.

There are alot of people at there that does not even know about God, while some are at there who backslide, this are the people God want us to bring back to his kingdom.

There are a lot of sinners at there but only few preachers are at there doing the harvest.

It is time for us to wake up from our sleep and begin to spread the word of God to every soul to deliver them from the pit of hell.

Matthew 28:18-20

[18]So he came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth is given to me.

[19]So go and make followers of all people in the world. Baptize them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.

[20]Teach them to obey everything that I have told you to do. You can be sure that I will be with you always. I will continue with you until the end of time.”

Many of us fail to understand this scripture. A lot of us think that christ has only given us the power to heal the sick, raise the dead and perform miracle. That is not only the function of the power. God also want us to bring back his lost sheep to the fold of sonship through christ jesus.

So I want to encourage everyone of us to pick up the courage to win souls to God because the greatest testimony heaven honour most is a soul that repent from their sin.

Luke 15:7-10

[7]In the same way, I tell you, heaven is a happy place when one sinner decides to change. There is more joy for that one sinner than for 99 good people who don’t need to change.

[8]“Suppose a woman has ten silver coins, but she loses one of them. She will take a light and clean the house. She will look carefully for the coin until she finds it.

[9]And when she finds it, she will call her friends and neighbors and say to them, ‘Be happy with me because I have found the coin that I lost!’

[10]In the same way, it’s a happy time for the angels of God when one sinner decides to change.”

Pray grace to evangelise and win soul for God will come upon you in Jesus name.
